THE PENN SOCCER PROSPECTS MISSION
We are building a year-round development hub for the region. Our goal is simple: to provide a consistent, age-appropriate training environment for young players beginning their soccer journey.
We don't just coach sessions; we strive to elevate the standard of soccer in our community through high-repetition training and professional habits
The Foundation

The Pathway
Options: Choose 1x/week for mid-week focus or 2x/week to include Saturday game days.
A year-round supplemental resource for dedicated players.
The 1x per week option includes the player’s midweek Future Prospects training session, where the focus is on learning, repetition, confidence, ball mastery, movement, and age-appropriate technical development.
The 2x per week option includes the midweek session plus Saturday Game Day, giving players an additional opportunity to play, make decisions, score goals, try skills, and build confidence in small-sided game situations.
Midweek session is more focused on development and repetition; Saturday is more focused on play, creativity, and game-like learning

Future Stars is a next-step training group for players who have previously participated in a PPSS program and are ready for a more focused learning environment. This program is designed for players who enjoy training, listen well, try new things, and are ready to be around other like-minded players who want to keep improving.
Future Stars is not about being the “best” player. It is about being ready for the next step. Players should generally be in 1st grade or older and have prior PPSS program experience so we can place them in the right environment for their development.

Requirements: Future Stars is a placement-based, next-step training group for players ready for a more focused learning environment. Players should have the foundations needed to participate successfully, but placement is guided first by coachability: enjoying training, listening, trying new things, responding to feedback and continuing when learning becomes difficult.
If your player has previously participated in Future Prospects, you may request placement directly. If your player is new to PPSS, please email lee@pennsoccerprospects.com with a brief overview of their experience.
Because it can be difficult to assess the right fit at this age without knowing the player, we will usually recommend beginning with Future Prospects. This allows us to work with the player, understand how they learn and determine when Future Stars may be the right next step.Registration is provided only after placement has been confirmed.
