Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Penn Soccer Prospects, we are committed to providing a high-quality training environment for all players. Please review the following terms before registering for any session or camp:

Refund Policy

  1. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This applies to all individual sessions, multi-session packages, and camp registrations.

  2. We will always do our best to provide alternate solutions or credit where possible, but we do not guarantee the ability to reschedule or make up missed time.

Weather Policy

  1. Training is held in all weather conditions, including rain, snow, and heat.

  2. In the event of thunderstorms or extreme weather that requires cancellation for safety reasons, we will communicate promptly and explore possible makeup options.

  3. Make-up days for camps are not guaranteed, even in the event of weather-related cancellations.

Session Rescheduling and Cancellations

  1. Individual sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  2. Use the cancellation links in your confirmation email to make changes, and feel free to reach out to us directly—we’ll always try to assist where we can.

  3. Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled session are not eligible for credit or rescheduling. However, in extreme or emergency circumstances, cancellations within the 24-hour window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Session Completion Guidelines

  1. If a session is interrupted due to weather or unforeseen issues:

    • If 20 minutes or more has been completed, the session will be considered complete.

    • If less than 20 minutes has been completed, we will offer an opportunity to reschedule that session.

Media Use Consent

  • By registering, you grant Penn Soccer Prospects permission to use images or video of the participant for marketing purposes across our website and social media platforms.

Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
