At Penn Soccer Prospects, we are committed to providing a high-quality training environment for all players. Please review the following terms before registering for any session or camp:
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This applies to all individual sessions, multi-session packages, and camp registrations.We will always do our best to provide alternate solutions or credit where possible, but we do not guarantee the ability to reschedule or make up missed time.
Refund Policy (Registration Errors)
If a participant registers for the wrong class or session by mistake, a full refund of the program cost will be issued upon request if requested within 48 hours of registration. Please note that payment processing fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction (these vary by processor)) are non-refundable as they are retained by the payment provider, not by Penn Prospects Soccer Schools.
Weather Policy
Training is held in all weather conditions, including rain, snow, and heat. In the event of thunderstorms or extreme weather that requires cancellation for safety reasons, we will communicate promptly and explore possible makeup options. Make-up days for camps are not guaranteed, even in the event of weather-related cancellations.
Winter Weather Policy
Sessions will run as scheduled whenever facilities remain open and conditions allow for safe operation. Decisions regarding cancellations will be communicated as early as possible via email. If a session is canceled by Penn Prospects Soccer Schools due to weather or facility closure, we will communicate whether a make-up session or program credit will be issued.
If a session runs as scheduled, we are unable to offer make-ups or credits for individual absences due to weather, travel conditions, or personal circumstances. This policy helps preserve program continuity and fairness across all participants. That said, we understand that extreme situations may arise. These cases will be reviewed on an individual basis, and families are encouraged to reach out directly if they have concerns.
Session Rescheduling and Cancellations
Individual sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Parents must email us or send a text to 973-634-8347 to request cancellation. Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled session are not eligible for credit or rescheduling. However, in extreme or emergency circumstances, cancellations within the 24-hour window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Session Completion Guidelines
If a session is interrupted due to weather or unforeseen issues:If 20 minutes or more has been completed, the session will be considered complete. If less than 20 minutes has been completed, we will offer an opportunity to reschedule that session.
Media Use Consent
By registering, you grant Penn Soccer Prospects permission to use images or video of the participant for marketing purposes across our website and social media platforms.
Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
