Meet The Coaches

Youth Development Coach

Madison Eisele

Madison Eisele brings an excellent combination of Division I playing experience, coaching versatility, and a passion for player development to the Penn Prospects Soccer Schools coaching staff. A graduate of Moravian University, she began her collegiate career at Manhattan College on a full athletic scholarship, competing at the Division I level.  After undergoing two hip surgeries that temporarily sidelined her, she transferred to Moravian to pursue Nursing and Nurse Practitioner studies, ultimately making a return to the field through resilience and disciplined recovery.

Before college, Madison was a four-year varsity captain at Jefferson High School (NJ), earning First Team State Group Two, First Team Morris County, and First Team All-Northwest Jersey honors, as well as being named to the All-Herald Top 22 list. At the club level, she played for World Class FC ECNL 2002, advancing to the Champions League five years in a row and reaching the Final Four in her senior season.As a coach, Madison has trained players across multiple age groups through individual sessions, clinics, camps, and team training programs with World Class and PDA Sporting Club Premier.  Known for her energy and ability to motivate players of all personalities, she brings a player-first mindset shaped by her own journey through both elite competition and adversity.She continues to mentor and develop the next generation with purpose, empathy, and an unwavering love for the game.

What qualifications you currently have?

I’m a former Division I athlete from Manhattan College and continued my career at Moravian University.  I’ve coached within World Class, focusing heavily on technical skill development — from first touch and dribbling patterns to striking form and movement efficiency. I build structured training plans that create consistent technical habits under pressure.

What is your coaching experience?

I’ve trained players through private sessions, clinics, and competitive team environments at World Class, working with athletes preparing for ECNL, college-level play, and high-level club competition. My sessions prioritize technical refinement before speed or complexity.

Your most notable achievements?

As a player: Division I scholarship, ECNL Final Four, high school captain with statewide honors.  As a coach: helping players who once struggled with confidence become technically sharp, composed, and fearless.

What is your coaching style?

Fast-paced, vocal, and extremely detail-oriented. I correct body shape, foot placement, and decision-making in the moment. Players don’t just go through drills — they learn how to perfect technique and apply it in realistic scenarios.

What is your coaching philosophy?

Every player — regardless of position — should be confident with the ball at their feet.  I teach athletes to stay calm in tight spaces, use smart touches, scan early, and attack with intent.  Technical quality builds confidence — and confidence builds dominance.

Why did you create Penn Prospects Soccer Schools?

I joined Penn Prospects because it aligns perfectly with who I am as both a coach and a person. I’ve been through the highs of Division I soccer and the lows of career-changing injuries, and I know firsthand how important it is to have coaches who truly believe in their players. Penn Prospects is more than just a training environment — it’s a place where development is personal, not transactional.  I’m here because I want to be part of a culture that doesn’t just create strong players — it creates strong people..
