Madison Eisele
Madison Eisele brings an excellent combination of Division I playing experience, coaching versatility, and a passion for player development to the Penn Prospects Soccer Schools coaching staff. A graduate of Moravian University, she began her collegiate career at Manhattan College on a full athletic scholarship, competing at the Division I level. After undergoing two hip surgeries that temporarily sidelined her, she transferred to Moravian to pursue Nursing and Nurse Practitioner studies, ultimately making a return to the field through resilience and disciplined recovery.
Before college, Madison was a four-year varsity captain at Jefferson High School (NJ), earning First Team State Group Two, First Team Morris County, and First Team All-Northwest Jersey honors, as well as being named to the All-Herald Top 22 list. At the club level, she played for World Class FC ECNL 2002, advancing to the Champions League five years in a row and reaching the Final Four in her senior season.As a coach, Madison has trained players across multiple age groups through individual sessions, clinics, camps, and team training programs with World Class and PDA Sporting Club Premier. Known for her energy and ability to motivate players of all personalities, she brings a player-first mindset shaped by her own journey through both elite competition and adversity.She continues to mentor and develop the next generation with purpose, empathy, and an unwavering love for the game.
